The following is a list of the uniform and patches that are required for our Scouts and Leaders below:
(effective August 1, 2009)

Official uniforms parts may be purchased at The Scout Shop in Dallas or online at www.scoutstuff.org

The uniform is an important part of the Scouting program, especially for the youngest boys just starting their boy scout trail. It identifies the boys and adults and gives them a sense of belonging to the den, the pack, and the Boy Scouts of America. Scouts enjoy wearing their uniform and should wear it to all den meetings, pack meetings, and special pack activities.

There are two uniforms:

    (1) the Field Uniform consisting of the uniform shirt, various insignia, hat, belt, and optional pants; and

    (2) the Activity Uniform consisting of a Scouting-related T-Shirt (such as the Pack Tee Shirt).

Although these two uniforms (Field and Activity) are often refered to as Class A and Class B uniforms, that is not correct BSA terminology.  Your den or pack leaders will let you know which uniform is appropriate for each specific activity.

The Uniform Inspection Sheet has insignia placement guides.
