Webelos from Pack 3384 line up to receive their Arrow of Light award (which can be worn on their Boy Scout Uniform) and cross the bridge, both literally and metaphorically, into Boy Scouts. Adult leaders and Boy Scouts from troops 3262 and 3384 wait for the graduating Webelos on the opposite side of the bridge to welcome them to their troops as they continue their adventure in Scouting.
The Arrow of Light ceremony was held at the end of the Blue & Gold dinner, a pot luck affair put on by the Scout's families. The Blue & Gold dinner is traditionally held to commemorate the anniversary of the incorporation of the Boy Scouts of America on February 8, 1910. The 2019 Blue & Gold Dinner was held at Base Camp, a building which was originally built as a cavalry drill hall on Ft. Snelling a the beginning of the 20th Century.
